Withernsea Sands is a lovely park within walking distance of the Blue Flag sandy beach at Withernsea making this the perfect choice for families who want to enjoy a traditional holiday by the sea. It is also an ideal base for you to explore this eastern part of the County as it boasts some beautiful nature reserves, including Spurn Point and Bempton Cliffs, and places of historical interest such as Fort Paull with its underground labyrinths.

In recent years a lot of money has been invested in the park to improve the facilities including the indoor swimming pool. Other facilities on the park include an all-weather sports court, an amusement arcade as well an adventure playground. There is also the Sparky’s Krew kids club for the under 11’s which should keep the kids occupied for a few hours if you want a bit of relaxation time to yourself.

The park also has a small supermarket and a launderette for you to buy your daily essentials or do any urgent washing. In the evenings you can enjoy some home-cooked meals in The Boathouse Tavern and then watch the entertainment provided.
